The OCP5 finish touchpad is designed for detecting athletes' touches on the poolside. The touchpad ensures precise result recording in swimming competitions. Designed for long-term use, it is resistant to harsh water and chemical corrosion. Its unique design allows for the registration of only intentional touches by athletes, preventing false triggers caused by waves or water flow. The pressure of 2 kg (as per WORLD AQUATICS regulations) applied by the swimmer when touching the finish pad leads to the closure of the contact strip, after which the touch data is transmitted to the officiating and timing system. The touchpad consists of a durable stainless steel frame and PVC slats connected together, which are highly wear-resistant and have a non-slip surface.
